In the 13th minute Yuri Alberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Travassos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dorival Travassos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Coronado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dorival Travassos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Coronado, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 27th minute, Luiz Fabiano Abraão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a left leg Dorival Travassos saved Átomo F.C. from getting behind. Dorival Travassos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuri Alberto in the 39th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Xande Xande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

MAZER SAF's Osvaldo Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Douglas in the 54th minute of play. Dorival Travassos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Alberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Angelo do Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Átomo F.C. made a substitution. Tiaguinho Figueiredo replaced Gerson Salgado. Átomo F.C.'s Allan Loyola was substituted for Xande Xande. Angelo do Vale hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
