The audience was convinced that Răzvan Necula's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Comunardo Guerrini was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Soroca F.C.'s attentive Godofredo Quilino managed to snatch the ball when Costică Vătavu made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game.
