Florencio Benino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Vincent having to interfere. 13 minutes into the game, Sergio Frances was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Acuña's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VAMO ARRIBA the free kick. Sergio Frances hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Enrique Erlantz charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enrique Erlantz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Enrique Erlantz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute Fabio Polo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Astigar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Alonzo Bidari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicolas Laurin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Vincent having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anselmo Betadur in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santos Vincent saved Acuña from getting behind. A collision led to Acuña getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Sergio Frances hit a great ball. 46 minutes in the game, Florencio Benino fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Santos Vincent having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anselmo Betadur made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Acuña's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Betadur came free, but Santos Vincent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Acuña's Roberto Xacintu got a free kick in the 54th minute. Santos Vincent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Benino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Jerrald in the 58th minute of play forced Acuña's goalkeeper Santos Vincent to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Librado in the 59th minute of play forced VAMO ARRIBA's goalkeeper Paulo Astigar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santos Vincent didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Betadur went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Acuña defense, Florencio Benino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santos Vincent. The Acuña fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santos Vincent should have stopped the shot. In the 74th minute Anselmo Betadur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Vincent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Vincent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Betadur, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute.
