Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Internet XAire's Marco Sergi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Baltasar Fiz hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Jesus Conrao hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Achtung Babies's Diego Tajo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Saul Martxel. Saul Martxel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 10 minutes into the game, Diego Tajo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Saul Martxel. Diego Tajo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Sergi in the 14th minute of play forced Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Ubaldo Frisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute of the match, Silvano Lope got a very nice opportunity to score, but Saul Martxel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 18th minute Benedicto Selatse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Frisco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes of play, Internet XAire's Benedicto Selatse made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ubaldo Frisco was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 26 minutes, Carolo Berbiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Achtung Babies's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Berbiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saul Martxel came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Achtung Babies's Diego Tajo. But to his dismay, Diego Tajo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Achtung Babies's Ubaldo Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Ugutz in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Achtung Babies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Belo to maneuver through the defense. Achtung Babies's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Damian Sotil in the 38th minute. After taking down the ball on Achtung Babies's corner Damian Sotil fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Saul Martxel quite easily take care of the ball. Saul Martxel made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Damian Sotil sent off a good shot on target. Internet XAire's Saul Martxel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Internet XAire from getting a goal against them. 45 minutes into the game, Baltasar Fiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Internet XAire's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Achtung Babies the free kick. After 45 played minutes Internet XAire got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Fiz. In the 46th minute, Damian Sotil sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Internet XAire's Saul Martxel didn't even have to move. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvano Lope got free with Saul Martxel in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvano Lope was the one to do the kick off. Damian Sotil charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damian Sotil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd match minute, Achtung Babies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Sotil to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Rosendo Ugutz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ubaldo Frisco was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After a rather tough play, Internet XAire's Serafino Fernandez got a free kick in the 60th minute. Saul Martxel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Tajo in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Sergi in the 64th minute of play forced Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Ubaldo Frisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Internet XAire defense, Silvano Lope kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saul Martxel. The Internet XAire fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saul Martxel should have stopped the shot. Diego Tajo took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saul Martxel. Saul Martxel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Remigio Eusko hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the game, Achtung Babies's Diego Tajo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saul Martxel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Achtung Babies fans cheered their team off the field, for while Internet XAire had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
