The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 2nd minute of the game. One of Redbull Sala:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LavAzzA:s goal. Gaudencio Lekubegi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 7th playminute. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Neron Veterini got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Pär Klack made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by LavAzzA's Di Ao Shi. David Lundgren was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Gaudencio Lekubegi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gaudencio Lekubegi really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Iwan Lepucki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ejvind Haversen, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Redbull Sala's David Lundgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Redbull Sala from getting a goal against them. After 25 minutes of play, LavAzzA's Gaudencio Lekubegi made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Lundgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Gaudencio Lekubegi managed to get in a good position for a shot. LavAzzA's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaudencio Lekubegi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Lundgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iwan Lepucki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto Bezerra in the 30th minute of the match. David Lundgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 31st minute. Redbull Sala's David Lundgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Redbull Sala from getting a goal against them. LavAzzA's Gilbert Amsler shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 43rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by David Lundgren but with some difficulty. 46 minutes into the match, LavAzzA's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Alberto Bezerra came free, but Iwan Lepucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Alberto Bezerra to strike the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Adam Vase in the 53rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Redbull Sala's Thomas Falkrantz. David Lundgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 58 minutes of play, LavAzzA's Gaudencio Lekubegi made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Lundgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62nd minute, Gaudencio Lekubegi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Lundgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Redbull Sala's David Lundgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 65th minute of play. David Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 66th minute of the match. LavAzzA made a substitution. Xavier von Felten replaced Gilbert Amsler. After some careless play in the Redbull Sala defense, Gaudencio Lekubegi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Lundgren. The Redbull Sala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Lundgren should have stopped the shot. Iwan Lepucki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ejvind Haversen in the 78th minute. Redbull Sala were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after LavAzzA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thomas Falkrantz took the corner. Iwan Lepucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ejvind Haversen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gauthier Spiller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. LavAzzA's attentive Neron Veterini managed to snatch the ball when Alphan Alpaslan made a throw-in in the 84th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Gaudencio Lekubegi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Lundgren was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. In the 87thth minute of the game Gaudencio Lekubegi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Redbull Sala's David Lundgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. LavAzzA's Gaudencio Lekubegi got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ejvind Haversen in the 94th minute of play forced LavAzzA's goalkeeper Iwan Lepucki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iwan Lepucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ejvind Haversen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the LavAzzA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
