The Obscurials's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adriano Ribeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adriano Ribeiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauro Joachim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Safet Hands made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damian Lopez in the 10th minute. Mauro Joachim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Ribeiro in the 14th minute of the match. Adriano Ribeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Westerstrand in the 21st minute of play forced AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Mauro Joachim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Adriano Ribeiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC CERBEROS's Mauro Joachim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 24th minute, Adriano Ribeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Obscurials's Cliff Rowden got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th match minute, The Obscurials was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anders Westerstrand to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Ribeiro in the 43rd minute of play forced AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Mauro Joachim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adriano Ribeiro in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauro Joachim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
