Jefferson Otto might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mauro Joachim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jefferson Otto ran back to his position shaking his head. Mauro Joachim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jefferson Otto in the 14th minute of play. The ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Jefferson Otto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 20 played minutes AFC CERBEROS got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Lastur. 30 minutes into the match, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Lastur came free, but Waldir Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute Jefferson Otto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Joachim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in AFC CERBEROS's zone, Roberto-Carlos Catarinense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Joachim came out of the goal and Roberto-Carlos Catarinense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jefferson Otto made a kick off. Jefferson Otto took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauro Joachim. Mauro Joachim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Mauro Joachim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jefferson Otto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jefferson Otto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mauro Joachim having to make a save. With a little luck, AFC CERBEROS's Mauro Joachim got control of the ball when Jefferson Otto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fahl Gattuso hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 70th match minute, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fahl Gattuso to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 77 minutes, Jefferson Otto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jefferson Otto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristobal Orlandus hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Válbson Miranda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, Jefferson Otto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mauro Joachim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Mauro Joachim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jefferson Otto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jefferson Otto in the 93rd minute of play forced AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Mauro Joachim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th match minute, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feng Chong Yong to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's goal looked a bit too open when Serafino Gonsalve came free, but Waldir Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waldir Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafino Gonsalve in the 95th minute of play. The AFC CERBEROS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's performance. The match ended with a win for ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ.
