With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodosio Orkatz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute Christian Burgo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Orkatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodosio Orkatz was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Christian Burgo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Christian Burgo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teodosio Orkatz. That made the score 5-0 in the 37 minute of play. Boulogne F.C.'s Teodosio Orkatz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Boulogne F.C. from getting a goal against them.
