Fabio Ticho ran back to his position shaking his head. Teobaldo Nuxila hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Gong Ying Zheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Stephen, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Ive Volckaerts could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Felix Maxin made a huge save. VC zoetwater's Ive Volckaerts got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. El Bobo y El Bocho's Felix Maxin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save El Bobo y El Bocho from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the game, VC zoetwater's Anthony Dumont nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felix Maxin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. El Bobo y El Bocho's Felix Maxin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save El Bobo y El Bocho from getting a goal against them. Felix Maxin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anthony Dumont in the 33rd minute. The supporters of El Bobo y El Bocho booed when VC zoetwater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Beach didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Fabio Ticho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gong Ying Zheng was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Ive Volckaerts who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Felix Maxin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bernardo Sharkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Maxin having to interfere. If Herminio Stephen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anthony Dumont scored 2-0 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felix Maxin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 48th match minute, El Bobo y El Bocho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Estavan to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
VC zoetwater's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Fabio Ticho scored to the left of an out of position Gong Ying Zheng, making the score, 2-1. In the 60th minute of the match, Herminio Stephen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gong Ying Zheng was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Felix Maxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthony Dumont, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herminio Stephen got free with Gong Ying Zheng in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute, Anthony Dumont left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VC zoetwater fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Teobaldo Nuxila charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teobaldo Nuxila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 71st match minute, El Bobo y El Bocho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Stephen to maneuver through the defense. Felix Maxin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anthony Dumont went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Felix Maxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's Bernardo Sharkin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felix Maxin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84th minute Ive Volckaerts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Maxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Maxin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anthony Dumont's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute of the match VC zoetwater got a corner. El Bobo y El Bocho's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ive Volckaerts ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ive Volckaerts made a great header on VC zoetwater's corner, it was just that El Bobo y El Bocho's Felix Maxin managed to reach the ball for a save. Felix Maxin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armand De Hoef's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Felix Maxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ive Volckaerts in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the VC zoetwater players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
