The audience thought a goal was coming when Alper Benli got free with Frank Pearce in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14thth minute of the game Gazanfer Canıtez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Panait Vâtcu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Panait Vâtcu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gazanfer Canıtez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Howard Layfield kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Frank Pearce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudiu Fecioru in the 22nd minute of play. The throw-in from Ovidiu Șişman in the 23rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC LIVERPOOL's Richie Byfield. Gazanfer Canıtez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Panait Vâtcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gong Yi Feng was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Jim Lyons sped through Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Panait Vâtcu. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Jim Lyons took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Panait Vâtcu to make any attempt to save it.
