Máximo Portero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Danil Shashkov went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Paso FC's attentive Guillermo Ubelteso managed to snatch the ball when Hortêncio Fantini made a throw-in in the 11th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danil Shashkov in the 14th minute of play forced Paso FC's goalkeeper Máximo Portero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Máximo Portero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas-Ignacio Lugano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oktay Eğriöz in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Narciso Macedo saved Blumenau Esporte Clube from getting behind. After 37 minutes, Oktay Eğriöz made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Narciso Macedo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Máximo Portero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas-Ignacio Lugano, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute, Frederik Hötzl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guillermo Ubelteso charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Danil Shashkov made a kick off. In the 51st minute Oktay Eğriöz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narciso Macedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oktay Eğriöz in the 56th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes Paso FC got a freekick which was hit by Damien Law. Paso FC made a substitution. Ata Cante replaced Oktay Eğriöz. In the 58th minute, Damien Law hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 63 played minutes Blumenau Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Lucas-Ignacio Lugano. Danil Shashkov might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Máximo Portero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danil Shashkov ran back to his position shaking his head. Paso FC's Máximo Portero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Paso FC from getting a goal against them. Guillermo Ubelteso hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Guillermo Ubelteso kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Máximo Portero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jürgen Klinsmann in the 73rd minute of play. Danil Shashkov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Máximo Portero made a huge save. Paso FC's Máximo Portero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jürgen Klinsmann in the 77th minute of play. Jürgen Klinsmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Máximo Portero made a huge save. Narciso Macedo came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Paso FC's Ata Cante. But to his dismay, Ata Cante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Blumenau Esporte Clube players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Paso FC.
