Antonio Buccella came out of the goal and Danil Shashkov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Danil Shashkov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Antonio Buccella came out and tried to block the shot, but Danil Shashkov slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 47th minute.

Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Narciso Macedo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gabbro FC's Alessandro Mancinelli quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Arnaldo Seber, made in the 63rd minute of the game. 69 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Nicholas Langsford came free, but Narciso Macedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvard Slæggerup received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Narciso Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Gustavo Piearres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicholas Langsford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Narciso Macedo made a huge save. Dobromir Psotka hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Antonio Buccella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jürgen Klinsmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Despite being the better team, Gabbro FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
