To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Bogumil Czapski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Máximo Portero was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Jerom Smoors took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oktay Eğriöz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Cesar Vrijdags in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Paso FC's Teo Cresitobalo. Ata Cante's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jerom Smoors read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ata Cante in the 91st minute of play forced SK Mons's goalkeeper Jerom Smoors to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Tomas Lucero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Jerom Smoors was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Paso FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
