53 minutes had been played when some careless play by PoWer SC 2K5's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Samuel Giger was slow to take the kick. During this time Espen Steelers's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Espen Steelers's corner Samuel Giger fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ovidio Ritchie quite easily take care of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Espen Steelers had won after a very even match.
