After 2 minutes, Brian Cornetti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Rägi and the TSV Delliehausen players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of TSV Delliehausen booed when FC Rägi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brian Cornetti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brian Cornetti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olav Bresonik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Uwe Allemann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elmar Brink was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Brian Cornetti showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 27 minute of play. In the 29th match minute, TSV Delliehausen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olav Bresonik to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, Art Ziegler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elmar Brink. TSV Delliehausen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Art Ziegler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. With 35 minutes on the clock, Georg Morawitz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 36th minute, Georg Morawitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Rägi's Uwe Allemann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olav Bresonik in the 40th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

FC Rägi made a substitution. Adolfo Buschor replaced Alajos Kaiser. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brian Cornetti to make the kick off. Uwe Allemann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olav Bresonik, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. TSV Delliehausen's Elmar Brink played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Luthiger in the 61st minute of play. The supporters of FC Rägi booed when TSV Delliehausen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niklas Rüsing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heinrich Schwarz charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Heinrich Schwarz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Heinrich Schwarz hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. TSV Delliehausen's Elmar Brink played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Art Ziegler in the 71st minute of play. If Art Ziegler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Art Ziegler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Rägi's zone, Olav Bresonik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uwe Allemann came out of the goal and Olav Bresonik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Rägi fully deserved thier win.
