After having played for 3 minutes, Silvestre Loi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Bad Harzburg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestre Loi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 7 minutes into the match, SV Bad Harzburg's goal looked a bit too open when Gutierre Lauri came free, but Jacek Matuch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gutierre Lauri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute Gutierre Lauri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacek Matuch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 played minutes SV Bad Harzburg got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Loi. Fergus Maina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Loi in the 19th minute of the match. Jacek Matuch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gutierre Lauri in the 20th minute of play. With a little luck, Ämmer Sportfreaks's Fergus Maina got control of the ball when Silvestre Loi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvestre Loi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jacek Matuch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dan Gerber in the 51st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silverio Godoy got free with Jacek Matuch in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacek Matuch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gutierre Lauri in the 62nd minute of play. SV Bad Harzburg's Jacek Matuch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save SV Bad Harzburg from getting a goal against them. After 66 minutes, Horst Hussen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SV Bad Harzburg and the Ämmer Sportfreaks players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jacek Matuch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Godoy in the 68th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Gutierre Lauri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacek Matuch was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Fergus Maina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Loi, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After 84 minutes of play, SV Bad Harzburg's Silvestre Loi made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fergus Maina was left in no man's land by his defense there! Éthan Pichard did an outstanding performance 94 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 3-0 to the right of an irritated Fergus Maina in the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SV Bad Harzburg fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ämmer Sportfreaks had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
