Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alfredo Baez got the match started through his kick off. Bernabe George made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Creekers's Gary Gamble. Alfredo Baez's late challenge caught a Sarmiento de Resistencia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Baez helped the player get up and apologised. After 3 played minutes Creekers got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Baez. In the 7th minute, Aaron Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gary Gamble received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Filomeno Tirso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rudy Trotter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Tirso having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sarmiento de Resistencia's zone, Alfredo Baez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filomeno Tirso came out of the goal and Alfredo Baez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfredo Baez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfred Crowder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Bitxintxo in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Gabriel Cebo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Creekers's Rudy Trotter quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 25th minute, Gary Gamble left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Creekers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 29 minutes into the match, Creekers's goalkeeper Alfred Crowder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cesar Lekubegi. In the 33rd match minute, Sarmiento de Resistencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Leguizamón to maneuver through the defense. Gary Gamble scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filomeno Tirso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute, Mohammed Bautista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 minutes of play, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Cesar Lekubegi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfred Crowder was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Creekers getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Weston Daly hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cesar Lekubegi to strike the kick off in the second half. Cesar Lekubegi struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Alfred Crowder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarmiento de Resistencia. In the 53rd match minute, Creekers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Baez to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the match, Creekers's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Bitxintxo came free, but Alfred Crowder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 played minutes Sarmiento de Resistencia got a freekick which was hit by Ulises Bitxintxo. After a rather tough play, Creekers's Weston Daly got a free kick in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Creekers's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Cayo came free, but Alfred Crowder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67thth minute of the game Agustin Cayo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Creekers's Alfred Crowder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Creekers getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Gary Gamble hit a great ball. In the 76th minute Braulio Ourente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Crowder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Agustin Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Creekers's attentive Rudy Trotter managed to snatch the ball when Felipe Leguizamón made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. Andy Ng hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Bernabe George took a good shot, in the 84th minute, which hit the crossbar above Alfred Crowder's head, and flew over the goal. Creekers's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Sarmiento de Resistencia. Creekers's Rudy Trotter managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Felipe Leguizamón in the 90 minute of the game. Alfred Crowder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Bitxintxo in the 95th minute of the match. The Creekers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Creekers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
