Ademar Magalhães came out of the goal and Cesar Lekubegi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eulalio Abalos in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Magalhães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luizinho Capixaba hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The supporters of BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Ayala didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romulo Ayala kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. When João Adolfo Baiano came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Adolfo Baiano couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Guerau kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Ademar Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Cayo in the 41st minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Sarmiento de Resistencia's goal looked a bit too open when Germano Maia came free, but Siro Elazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cesar Lekubegi to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Teodoro Guedes got a free kick in the 57th minute. When Sarmiento de Resistencia's Cesar Lekubegi in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Abalos in the 60th minute of play forced BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's goalkeeper Ademar Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Dráusio da Rocha hit a great ball. In the 67thth minute of the game Cesar Lekubegi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Ademar Magalhães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Germano Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Elazar having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Germano Maia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 77 minutes into the match, Sarmiento de Resistencia's goalkeeper Siro Elazar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Gustavo Maciel. Ademar Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Lekubegi in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Lekubegi in the 87th minute of play forced BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's goalkeeper Ademar Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's João Adolfo Baiano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed João Adolfo Baiano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and João Adolfo Baiano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 92 minutes into the game, one of BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER:s Ademar Magalhães showed great skill when he stopped Bernabe George:s penalty. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Sarmiento de Resistencia players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
