AEK S.C's Thanasis Koltsidas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boban Fett in the 17th minute of play. AEK S.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kevin Carreira in the 21st minute. Thanasis Koltsidas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolf Hitman, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bociany SA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kevin Carreira was slow to take the kick. During this time AEK S.C's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Kevin Carreira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 方斐瑜 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thalis Krommidas in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 方斐瑜, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 方斐瑜 made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Thalis Krommidas sent off a good shot on target. After 37 played minutes AEK S.C got a freekick which was hit by Thalis Krommidas. AEK S.C's Thanasis Koltsidas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boban Fett in the 39th minute of play. 方斐瑜 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfaro Meo in the 44th minute of the match. Thalis Krommidas struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. 方斐瑜 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AEK S.C. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexander Isaak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AEK S.C's attentive Bruno Almeida managed to snatch the ball when Moritz Hasenjäger made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donzel Goyeneta in the 61st minute of play forced Bociany SA's goalkeeper 方斐瑜 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanasis Koltsidas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boban Fett in the 63rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aleksander Arendarski got free with Thanasis Koltsidas in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
