Betão de Amaral came out of the goal and Gilen Adán tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th match minute, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dani Gallardo to maneuver through the defense. After 18 played minutes, S.E. Cachoeirinha's Joaquim Freitas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Antxoka Valerón came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in S.E. Cachoeirinha reached it. Betão de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ereinotz Llorca in the 22nd minute of play. Antxoka Valerón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elder Luz in the 23rd minute of the match. Tulio Villa's late challenge caught a S.E. Cachoeirinha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tulio Villa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Tulio Villa got a free kick in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA defense, Luiz Fabiano Prata kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antxoka Valerón. The F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antxoka Valerón should have stopped the shot. After 39 minutes of play, S.E. Cachoeirinha's Dorival Veloso made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antxoka Valerón was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 47th match minute, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ereinotz Llorca to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Otávio Arce made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Luiz Fabiano Prata left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.E. Cachoeirinha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After a rather tough play, S.E. Cachoeirinha's Joaquim Freitas got a free kick in the 56th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fabiano Prata got free with Antxoka Valerón in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dorival Veloso succeeded in the game's 70th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. In the 73rd minute, Ereinotz Llorca made a precise shot to the right of Betão de Amaral. S.E. Cachoeirinha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joan Gallego in the 77th minute. In the 89th minute, Luiz Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. S.E. Cachoeirinha's Betão de Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joan Gallego in the 90th minute of play. Antxoka Valerón didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dorival Veloso went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score.
