Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Agnaldo Vargas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute Diego Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Wallengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ted Dahlgren succeeded in the game's 10th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 13th minute, Agnaldo Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Nova Iguaçu MZFC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Horácio Simão hit a great ball. Lauro Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Dahlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Rickard Wallengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Cerezo in the 26th minute of the match. When Gustaf Wennerquist came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Haymakers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaf Wennerquist couldn't finish the play. Thomas Karlstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Gilmar Donato tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lauro Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Dahlberg in the 38th minute of play. Rickard Wallengren was a little too slow when Agnaldo Vargas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 1-1. Agnaldo Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Rickard Wallengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Cerezo, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Caetano Pires took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rickard Wallengren. Rickard Wallengren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Nova Iguaçu MZFC made a substitution. Silas Capixaba replaced Horácio Simão. Arman Åberg hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Rickard Wallengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agnaldo Vargas in the 72nd minute of play. After 77 played minutes Haymakers FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Bergfelt. Rickard Wallengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnaldo Vargas in the 89th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, Diego Cerezo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Rickard Wallengren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Nova Iguaçu MZFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
