Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jude Bowen got the match started through his kick off. Bayan Gugovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Gol in the 2nd minute of play. Jack Norton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Bayan Gugovski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Urtsin in the 7th minute of play forced Buckingham AFC's goalkeeper Hu Fan Yi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ediberto Sampaio hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Jardel Gol scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bayan Gugovski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Merengue FC's Aquiles Urtsin got a free kick in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Merengue FC's zone, Gheorghe Blajin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bayan Gugovski came out of the goal and Gheorghe Blajin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Aquiles Urtsin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buckingham AFC's Hu Fan Yi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Merengue FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ediberto Sampaio in the 20th minute. The corner ended in Benjamim Mota almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Buckingham AFC's Hu Fan Yi did a great save. After 20 minutes, Benjamim Mota made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Buckingham AFC's Hu Fan Yi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jude Bowens short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Bayan Gugovski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hu Fan Yi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aquiles Urtsin went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Hu Fan Yi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Urtsin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute of the match Merengue FC got a corner. Buckingham AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ediberto Sampaio ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 35th minute Ediberto Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hu Fan Yi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bayan Gugovski was a little too slow when Gheorghe Blajin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 2-2. A collision led to Merengue FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Aquiles Urtsin hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Buckingham AFC's Ivan Crossley got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Aquiles Urtsin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jude Bowen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Bayan Gugovski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aquiles Urtsin to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Buckingham AFC's Hu Fan Yi got control of the ball when Darwin Núñez tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Buckingham AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Jude Bowen hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Buckingham AFC's Ivan Crossley got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 65th minute, Harvey Elliot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Buckingham AFC's Pier De Feo was substituted for Jude Bowen. Harvey Elliot hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute of the match Merengue FC got a corner. Buckingham AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ediberto Sampaio ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Merengue FC's corner Ediberto Sampaio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hu Fan Yi quite easily take care of the ball. Buckingham AFC made a substitution. Rex Ward replaced Hélio Nogueira. Ediberto Sampaio made a great header on Merengue FC's corner, it was just that Buckingham AFC's Hu Fan Yi managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 86th match minute, Merengue FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ediberto Sampaio to maneuver through the defense. Pier De Feo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bayan Gugovski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. The supporters of Merengue FC booed when Buckingham AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harvey Elliot didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Merengue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jardel Gol came free, but Bayan Gugovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Buckingham AFC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
