In the 4th minute CJ Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaká Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rubinho Lago came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Jung 72's Telmo Moraes. But to his dismay, Telmo Moraes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Gaztea Regalado came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Jung 72 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaztea Regalado couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, La Società Sport Osasco's goal looked a bit too open when Tarcisio Neves came free, but Rubinho Lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, La Società Sport Osasco's CJ Lewandowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kaká Brasil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. CJ Lewandowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jung 72's Kaká Brasil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Jung 72 from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when CJ Lewandowski got free with Kaká Brasil in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. La Società Sport Osasco's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paredes Malvido in the 24th minute. After a defensive mix-up in La Società Sport Osasco's zone, Enrique Soeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rubinho Lago came out of the goal and Enrique Soeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when CJ Lewandowski got free with Kaká Brasil in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute Tarcisio Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubinho Lago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute CJ Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaká Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tarcisio Neves struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Rubinho Lago didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jung 72. In the 42nd minute, Gaztea Regalado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44th minute, Camacho Santiago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

CJ Lewandowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaká Brasil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 50th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers CJ Lewandowski in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kaká Brasil saved Jung 72 from getting behind. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jung 72's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Paredes Malvido was slow to take the kick. During this time La Società Sport Osasco's players had a chance to rest. The corner led La Società Sport Osasco's João Andrade to fire away a dangerous shot which Kaká Brasil despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 55 minutes into the game, when Dagoberto da Fonseca put in a rough tackle. João Andrade shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 62nd minute, CJ Lewandowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kaká Brasil was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 64th match minute, Jung 72 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camacho Santiago to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by CJ Lewandowski in the 65th minute of play forced Jung 72's goalkeeper Kaká Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
