Granicerul's Toader Almăgean proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Granicerul from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Granicerul getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Leontin Neața hit a great ball. Toader Almăgean made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mundo Marcilla in the 12th minute. Lia Saez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Câmpeanu in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Granicerul's Iordache Davidescu got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27th match minute, Los romperredes F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacob Valines to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the game, Damian Câmpeanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Lia Saez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 40 minutes into the match, Granicerul's goal looked a bit too open when Idacio Helguera came free, but Toader Almăgean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Sixto Alavedra kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Toader Almăgean. That made the score 2-1 in the 43 minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Los romperredes F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacob Valines to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of Granicerul booed when Los romperredes F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Idacio Helguera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lia Saez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinu Crăiță, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los romperredes F.C's Lia Saez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Los romperredes F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 60th minute, Granicerul's Dinu Crăiță dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. If Jacob Valines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toader Almăgean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Idacio Helguera, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Mugurel Tastaman hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Idacio Helguera's late challenge caught a Granicerul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Idacio Helguera helped the player get up and apologised. Idacio Helguera hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Granicerul's Iustinian Boia got a free kick in the 84th minute. 86 minutes into the game, Mundo Marcilla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Toader Almăgean was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Toader Almăgean came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Los romperredes F.C's Mundo Marcilla. But to his dismay, Mundo Marcilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Los romperredes F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Granicerul for a fine match.
