Garry Vercauteren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Eufemio in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Mathias-Alexander Van Halbeeck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Bruly defense, Herminio Iban kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Garry Vercauteren. The Bruly fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Garry Vercauteren should have stopped the shot. Mathias-Alexander Van Halbeeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15thth minute of the game Paolo Vellito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bruly's Garry Vercauteren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eliseo Teyo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bruly's Alan Wiechgers got a free kick in the 30th minute. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Benito Eufemio sped through Bruly's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Garry Vercauteren. Richard Stuycken blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jose Arias having to make a save. Alan Wiechgers kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Benito Eufemio charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benito Eufemio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Benito Eufemio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half lolo Super Club were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of Bruly booed when lolo Super Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Orain didn't get a good kick on the ball. The lolo Super Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing lolo Super Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
