Playa Malvín's Fred Åkerström got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zé Roberto Teixeira came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller. But to his dismay, Sebastian Käller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Joakim Haegg hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The supporters of Playa Malvín booed when Kind of Blue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joakim Haegg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandu Mândrilă's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilhelm Galle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fred Åkerström got free with Wilhelm Galle in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Michael Guisla charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michael Guisla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Kellbom in the 85th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Zuberoa Artiaga. In the 94th minute, Sebastian Käller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kind of Blue fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.
