Zé Roberto Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Portugal, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Dalmo Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Åkerström in the 11th minute of play. Fred Åkerström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Dalmo Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Playa Malvín's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Portugal came free, but Zé Roberto Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Fred Åkerström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dalmo Tasso was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 29thth minute of the game Fred Åkerström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ITAFUT 4EVER's Dalmo Tasso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by ITAFUT 4EVER's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sandu Mândrilă was slow to take the kick. During this time Playa Malvín's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Constantijn De Hond almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ITAFUT 4EVER's Dalmo Tasso did a great save. Fred Åkerström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Dalmo Tasso made a huge save. ITAFUT 4EVER's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Fred Åkerström scored to the left of an out of position Dalmo Tasso, making the score, 1-0. 48 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Åkerström came free, but Dalmo Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alberto Portugal to make the kick off. Flavius Postelnicescu hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 61 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Marquez. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Jardel Baggio replaced Alberto Portugal. In the 63rd minute, Vladimiro Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Jardel Baggio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ITAFUT 4EVER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Playa Malvín made a substitution. Niva Espellosa replaced Fred Åkerström. Playa Malvín's Josu Onez was substituted for Jabier Igual. Niva Espellosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 78th minute, Vladimiro Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jardel Baggio's late challenge caught a Playa Malvín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jardel Baggio helped the player get up and apologised. Niva Espellosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Niklas Bergdal kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Niva Espellosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Playa Malvín defense, Jardel Baggio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Roberto Teixeira. The Playa Malvín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Roberto Teixeira should have stopped the shot.
