An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Barral in the 22nd minute of play forced Social Anarquia F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Fabiano Dantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ruy Ortiz came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruy Ortiz couldn't finish the play. Armando Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruy Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Social Anarquia F.C.'s Armando Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe da Costa in the 32nd minute of play. Xandinho Bomba was a little too slow when Luiz Fabiano Dantas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Luiz de Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Thanks to some nice moves Silvério Barral could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Armando Guimarães however easily saved by the left post. Tadeu Camargo hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Armando Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gugu Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's goalkeeper Xandinho Bomba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ruy Ortiz hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Giuseppe da Costa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Armando Guimarães. That made the score 1-1 in the 63 minute of play. Social Anarquia F.C.'s Luiz Fabiano Dantas got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 75 minutes into the game, when Heintje Catarinense put in a rough tackle. 74 minutes into the game, one of Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 77th minute there was a penalty for Social Anarquia F.C.. Léo Dante stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Xandinho Bomba. 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz de Lima during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luiz de Lima hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Luiz de Lima got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 89 played minutes Social Anarquia F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Luiz de Lima. Gonçalo Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Samuel Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 99th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Social Anarquia F.C.'s protests and gave Samuel Amaral a yellow card for diving instead.
