In the 14th minute Zorros del Desierto were awarded a corner. Lance Kuch went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zorros del Desierto's goalkeeper Clark Kent, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Hulk Speed came free, but Clark Kent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clark Kent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Haaland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Jon-Ander Wallffiguer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcell Barovero. Zorros del Desierto's Clark Kent played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ksawery Winnicki in the 53rd minute of play.
