When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jean Eger made a kick off. Sílvio de Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Edgard Marques made a huge save. After 63 minutes of play, Galo do Japi's Sílvio de Lima made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgard Marques was left in no man's land by his defense there! Minotauro's Edgard Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Minotauro from getting a goal against them. The Minotauro fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Galo do Japi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
