In the 11th minute of the match MZetowe Mastodonty got a corner. Eurospeed Asti's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elías Figueroa ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eurospeed Asti's goalkeeper Damiano Battisti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 17 minutes Eurospeed Asti's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. After having played for 40 minutes, Czeslaw Gdowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MZetowe Mastodonty's supporters crossed their fingers, but Czeslaw Gdowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Eurospeed Asti booed when MZetowe Mastodonty was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damián Angulo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 played minutes, Eurospeed Asti's Jose Berdoi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gustaw Pysz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Eurospeed Asti reached it. A collision led to Eurospeed Asti getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Christian Barone hit a great ball. MZetowe Mastodonty's Czeslaw Gdowski was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 47th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Czeslaw Gdowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damiano Battisti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Czeslaw Gdowski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 57th minute, Czeslaw Gdowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damiano Battisti was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Gustaw Pysz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugurel Stanciu in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute Eurospeed Asti were awarded a corner. Fabiano Iacobucci went to the cornerflag to take it. Eurospeed Asti's Fabiano Iacobucci was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustaw Pysz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Czeslaw Gdowski in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damiano Battisti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damián Angulo in the 67th minute of play forced Eurospeed Asti's goalkeeper Damiano Battisti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damiano Battisti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Gdowski in the 71st minute of the match. Damiano Battisti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damián Angulo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Eurospeed Asti defense, Czeslaw Gdowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damiano Battisti. The Eurospeed Asti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damiano Battisti should have stopped the shot. Gustaw Pysz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mugurel Stanciu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 93 minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MZetowe Mastodonty fans cheered their team off the field, for while Eurospeed Asti had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
