Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Pauliström's Folke Melin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, Pauliström was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magnus Björk to maneuver through the defense. When the match had been going on for 5 minutes, Karasuno's Leo Hark got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Emmanuil Kirillov. After a rather tough play, Karasuno's Florentino Celipe got a free kick in the 7th minute. Emmanuil Kirillov made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Dé Velloso sent off a good shot on target. In the 10th minute of the match Karasuno got a corner. Pauliström's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leo Hark ran over to the corner to take the kick. 12 minutes into the match, Karasuno's Dé Velloso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emmanuil Kirillov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 15 played minutes Pauliström got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Åke Biörk. Thanks to some nice moves Dé Velloso could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Emmanuil Kirillov however easily saved by the left post. In the 17th match minute, Pauliström was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt-Åke Biörk to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Lundström hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Leo Hark managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karasuno's supporters rose to their feet, but Leo Hark was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emmanuil Kirillov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damian Cerilo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Pauliström were furious when Alexander Lundström was red carded, 41 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Leo Hark shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dé Velloso made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Nemesio Handi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 58 minutes Karasuno's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ivar Björklund who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Pauliström's Bengt-Åke Biörk getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. At last the ball reached Ingvar Johansson at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Karasuno. 2-1. If Dé Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Velloso in the 70th minute of play forced Pauliström's goalkeeper Emmanuil Kirillov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emmanuil Kirillov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Velloso in the 75th minute of the match. Emmanuil Kirillov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dé Velloso's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. In the 86th minute Dé Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emmanuil Kirillov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Hark charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leo Hark the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Many of Pauliström's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Pauliström may have spent more time on the ball, but Karasuno were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
