Zacisze Częstochowa's Miroslaw Gollob played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dé Velloso in the 10th minute of play. Karasuno's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jurand Cempa 11 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurand Cempa in the 19th minute of play forced Karasuno's goalkeeper Nemesio Handi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nemesio Handi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jurand Cempa in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute, Dé Velloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karasuno fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Napoleon Trojanowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nemesio Handi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Cempa in the 30th minute of the match. Nemesio Handi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jurand Cempa in the 34th minute of play. Nemesio Handi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jurand Cempa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 36 minute of play. After 40th play minutes Jurand Cempa shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Nemesio Handi and just under the crossbar into goal. Jeferson Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Handi having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Karasuno's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Verdu came free, but Nemesio Handi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jurand Cempa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jeferson Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Handi having to interfere. Edinson Cavani made in the 58th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Karasuno's Florentino Celipe. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florentino Celipe's late challenge caught a Zacisze Częstochowa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florentino Celipe helped the player get up and apologised. Florentino Celipe hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Karasuno's goal looked a bit too open when Jurand Cempa came free, but Nemesio Handi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karasuno's Nemesio Handi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jurand Cempa in the 82nd minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Jurand Cempa made a precise shot to the right of Nemesio Handi. Karasuno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Jurand Cempa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristo Verdu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Handi having to interfere. Cristo Verdu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Nemesio Handi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Duda Nesta kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, Zacisze Częstochowa's Jurand Cempa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nemesio Handi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurand Cempa in the 95th minute of play forced Karasuno's goalkeeper Nemesio Handi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Zacisze Częstochowa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
