Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Krakaca Neto started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Futuros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Deng Yue Zhen came free, but João Carlos Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petr Čech stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Krakaca Neto's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Batalhão do Peçanha's goalie and right to Mai Xun Kang. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Batalhão do Peçanha's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. João Carlos Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deng Yue Zhen, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Krakaca Neto in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petr Čech saved Batalhão do Peçanha from getting behind. With a little luck, Futuros FC's João Carlos Andrade got control of the ball when Arnaldo Tróia tried to sneak it across the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Futuros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Epaminondas Baba came free, but João Carlos Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 minutes, Epaminondas Baba made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Futuros FC's João Carlos Andrade tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. João Carlos Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Tróia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Carlos Andrade made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Arnaldo Tróia sent off a good shot on target. Vicente Dantas kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Epaminondas Baba kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Petr Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkın Öğüç in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Epaminondas Baba made the kick off in the second half. João Carlos Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epaminondas Baba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Batalhão do Peçanha's goalkeeper Petr Čech had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arkın Öğüç. In the 64th minute Deng Yue Zhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Futuros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Epaminondas Baba came free, but João Carlos Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Futuros FC were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Batalhão do Peçanha's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paolo Ferdinand took the corner. The corner ended in Paolo Ferdinand almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Batalhão do Peçanha's Petr Čech did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mai Xun Kang in the 77th minute of play forced Batalhão do Peçanha's goalkeeper Petr Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Carlos Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Tróia in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deng Yue Zhen in the 80th minute of play forced Futuros FC's goalkeeper João Carlos Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Futuros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Deng Yue Zhen came free, but João Carlos Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petr Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mai Xun Kang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epaminondas Baba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. João Carlos Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petr Čech came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Futuros FC's Mai Xun Kang. But to his dismay, Mai Xun Kang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, Futuros FC's Igor Domarecki got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 96th minute, Stéphane Ballon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Futuros FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
