After a defensive mix-up in Inter Gala's zone, Percy Madureira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Naldo Félix came out of the goal and Percy Madureira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Zé Paulo Fernandez made a precise shot to the right of Samuca Zonta. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percy Madureira in the 25th minute of play forced Inter Gala's goalkeeper Naldo Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Samuca Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiko Salles in the 26th minute of play. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kiko Salles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. After 66 minutes of play, Inter Gala's Reinaldo Dracena made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Samuca Zonta was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Dieguinho Massa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Naldo Félix was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. The supporters of TRICOSHOW F.CLUB booed when Inter Gala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Favoretto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 93 played minutes TRICOSHOW F.CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Nelsinho da Costa. Samuca Zonta came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Inter Gala's Zé Paulo Fernandez. But to his dismay, Zé Paulo Fernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Inter Gala had played much better football throughout.
