Mugurel Slătineanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walery Bienienda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, AFC Nirosxn 08's Laurențiu Todericiu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustaw Nowak. Gustaw Nowak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, AFC Nirosxn 08's David Jönsätt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustaw Nowak. Gustaw Nowak yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute, Jonas Xabel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute Emil Atanasiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Nowak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
