After 4 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Hori. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leones FC's goalkeeper Baltasar Meder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alexandre De Moraes in the 9th minute. It was a well-played corner which Célio Valle managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Roben Petralanda who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Baltasar Meder when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 20th minute, Javier Richie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre De Moraes in the 24th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Baltasar Meder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Serafin Hori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th match minute, MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmo Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Gino Secco hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Gaspar Sabin kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Baltasar Meder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roben Petralanda, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. A hard shot 34 in the game by Dalmo Ramos from a close distance when the talented Baltasar Meder managed to make a qualified save. Leones FC's players were relieved. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Javier Richie hit a great ball. MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's Alexandre De Moraes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 36th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Baltasar Meder but with some difficulty.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serafin Hori stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baltasar Meder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Célio Valle in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute, Nilton Baiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors's Dalmo Ramos got a free kick in the 55th minute. Nicanor Florinio kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Leones FC's zone, Célio Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltasar Meder came out of the goal and Célio Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute, Raí Araújo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Santana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hortêncio Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Baltasar Meder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leones FC's Baltasar Meder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hortêncio Marinho in the 96th minute of play. MeioBilhão EmCaixaJuniors were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
