Tom Lindström kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Arturo Rumaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torsten Berglund in the 9th minute of play. Mean Machine's Casper Kleen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Cresconio in the 14th minute of play. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Tom Eriksson sped through Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arturo Rumaldo. In the 19th minute Tom Eriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Rumaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Belgrano LOS PIRATAS booed when Mean Machine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Arne Wallin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Monø's late challenge caught a Mean Machine's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Monø helped the player get up and apologised. Victorio Cresconios short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Casper Kleen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS made a substitution. Tadeo Cisco replaced Nicanor Orland. In the 32nd match minute, Mean Machine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Eriksson to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Torsten Berglund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mean Machine fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The Belgrano LOS PIRATAS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mean Machine were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Victorio Cresconio made the kick off in the second half. Gustav Östlund lost his temper 51 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 51st minute, one of Mean Machine:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mean Machine. The referee gave Belgrano LOS PIRATAS a penalty, 54 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Igor Monø, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mean Machine's Casper Kleen. 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Tom Eriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mean Machine's supporters rose to their feet, but Tom Eriksson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arturo Rumaldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Tadeo Cisco quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Stig-Arne Wallin, made in the 68th minute of the game. Casper Kleen came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Victorio Cresconio. But to his dismay, Victorio Cresconio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Tom Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Rumaldo having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Cisco to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Mean Machine getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Tom Eriksson hit a great ball.
