Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Torsten Berglund started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Fernando Tiniebra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Ben Hur's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Tiniebra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Kleen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 6 played minutes Mean Machine got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Kämpe. In the 7th minute, Sportivo Ben Hur's Gavino Fagondo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Casper Kleen. Casper Kleen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tom Eriksson in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abelardo Cristofor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mean Machine were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Sportivo Ben Hur's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Folke Bergqvist took the corner. Tom Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Cristofor having to interfere. Tom Lindström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 18 played minutes Sportivo Ben Hur got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Tiniebra. Mean Machine's Casper Kleen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Maxin in the 22nd minute of play. After 25 minutes, Claudio Mark mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sportivo Ben Hur and the Mean Machine players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Sportivo Ben Hur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Mark to maneuver through the defense. Abelardo Cristofor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torsten Berglund's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Gavino Fagondos short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Casper Kleen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tom Lindström kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Mean Machine's Casper Kleen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Mean Machine from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 37 in the game by Jimeno Lizbeth from a close distance when the talented Casper Kleen managed to make a qualified save. Mean Machine's players were relieved. After having played for 38 minutes, Jimeno Lizbeth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Ben Hur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jimeno Lizbeth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Cristian Ted was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Ben Hur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mean Machine the free kick. Cristian Ted kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Casper Kleen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Fagondo in the 43rd minute of play. Gavino Fagondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Casper Kleen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gavino Fagondo was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Sportivo Ben Hur's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Lindström came free, but Abelardo Cristofor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th match minute, Sportivo Ben Hur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Vela to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Sportivo Ben Hur's Claudio Mark seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Claudio Mark the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sportivo Ben Hur protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Claudio Mark had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sportivo Ben Hur fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torsten Berglund in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abelardo Cristofor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eliseo Ralondo charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliseo Ralondo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mean Machine's Robin Hultstrand shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 69th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Abelardo Cristofor but with some difficulty. A collision led to Sportivo Ben Hur getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Eliseo Ralondo hit a great ball. Abelardo Cristofor was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Robin Hultstrand. The supporters of Sportivo Ben Hur booed when Mean Machine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Anselius didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Mean Machine's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Vela came free, but Casper Kleen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tom Lindström hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Sportivo Ben Hur's goalkeeper Abelardo Cristofor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tom Eriksson. In the 91st minute, Rune Anselius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gavino Vela didn't quite understand what happened when in the 93 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 98th minute Jimeno Lizbeth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Kleen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
