Jadymy Durś were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Sundborn IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jedrzej Sanocki took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jedrzej Sanocki got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kalle Askberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Franciszek Lerych showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaloyan Mitashev, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Jadymy Durś's Wojciech Damazki quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Erland Kvist, made in the 22nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Jadymy Durś's Andrzej Dobrowski got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Agostinho Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kalle Askberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agostinho Negri, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Franciszek Lerych made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kaloyan Mitashev in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Sundborn IF's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Dobrowski came free, but Kalle Askberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Svensson in the 39th minute of play forced Jadymy Durś's goalkeeper Franciszek Lerych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaloyan Mitashev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Franciszek Lerych made a huge save. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Kalle Askberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Jadymy Durś's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Wallin came free, but Franciszek Lerych reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaloyan Mitashev was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Wallin in the 53rd minute of play forced Jadymy Durś's goalkeeper Franciszek Lerych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalle Askberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Negri in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Agostinho Negri made a precise shot to the right of Kalle Askberg. Sundborn IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 70 minutes into the game, Lars-Erik Pil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Franciszek Lerych was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sundborn IF's Kjell Holmberg was substituted for Henning Bennet. When Agostinho Negri fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jadymy Durś's protests and gave Agostinho Negri a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 played minutes Jadymy Durś got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho Negri. Franciszek Lerych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joachim Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Kalle Askberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xesus Barrieta. After a rather tough play, Sundborn IF's Kjell Holmberg got a free kick in the 86th minute. Kalle Askberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agostinho Negri in the 87th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Jadymy Durś defense, Joachim Svensson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Franciszek Lerych. The Jadymy Durś fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Franciszek Lerych should have stopped the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Agostinho Negri notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Sundborn IF's Kalle Askberg. Kalle Askberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
