Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bo Walmarsson started the match with the kick off. Fabien Lafont came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by MAFFIAN's Andre Agassi. But to his dismay, Andre Agassi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Polly Magoo Juniors's Fabien Lafont proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Polly Magoo Juniors from getting a goal against them. Fabien Lafont stood somewhat misplaced when Andre Agassi came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 14 minute. In the 22nd minute, MAFFIAN's Andre Agassi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. 26 minutes into the game, Pete Sampras cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Fabien Lafont was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabien Lafont stood somewhat misplaced when Vincent Linberg came free in front of goal and shot 5-0 to the left of him in the 33 minute. 36 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Fabien Lafont had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andre Agassi. Polly Magoo Juniors's Fabien Lafont proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Polly Magoo Juniors from getting a goal against them. Bo Walmarsson's late challenge caught a MAFFIAN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bo Walmarsson helped the player get up and apologised. 47 minutes into the game, Polly Magoo Juniors's Sebastian Ekberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aron Dahlbom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.

The wind increased when Andre Agassi made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Wilander came free, but Fabien Lafont reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pete Sampras scored 6-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabien Lafont, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pete Sampras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Fabien Lafont tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MAFFIAN made a substitution. Alf Säfström replaced Greger Broberg. In the 58th minute, Verner Alkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabien Lafont took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Vallin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 63 minutes, Bo Walmarsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polly Magoo Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo Walmarsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Polly Magoo Juniors's Fabien Lafont played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pete Sampras in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Alex Vallin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabien Lafont was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Fabien Lafont made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Vallin in the 77th minute of play. Fabien Lafont made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pete Sampras in the 80th minute of play. Fabien Lafont showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Wilander, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Kristoffer Nyberg hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Polly Magoo Juniors's Fabien Lafont played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andre Agassi in the 86th minute of play. Mats Wilander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pete Sampras took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabien Lafont. Fabien Lafont dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. Fabien Lafont showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andre Agassi in the 96th minute of the match. The supporters of MAFFIAN booed when Polly Magoo Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Walmarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MAFFIAN fully deserved thier win.
