The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andre Agassi in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norbert Gotfryd saved KoLiber from getting behind. KoLiber's Norbert Gotfryd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andre Agassi in the 9th minute of play. Norbert Gotfryd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Agassi, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The supporters of KoLiber booed when MAFFIAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mats Wilander didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute Andre Agassi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Gotfryd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Pilipiec hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When MAFFIAN's Andre Agassi in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KoLiber's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, MAFFIAN's Andre Agassi got a free kick in the 26th minute. Aron Dahlbom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Klement Michalski in the 29th minute. KoLiber's Ignacy Wlodyga got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, KoLiber's goal looked a bit too open when Andre Agassi came free, but Norbert Gotfryd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Norbert Gotfryd didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vincent Linberg went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 43rd minute, Klement Michalski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Norbert Gotfryd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pete Sampras in the 44th minute of the match. Andre Agassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Norbert Gotfryd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wladyslaw Ruzicki made a kick off. Andre Agassi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Despite this Norbert Gotfryd quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Norbert Gotfryd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andre Agassi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 68thth minute of the game Andre Agassi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KoLiber's Norbert Gotfryd was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, KoLiber's Norbert Gotfryd got control of the ball when Alex Vallin tried to sneak it across the goal line. MAFFIAN's Kristoffer Nyberg was substituted for Börje Frisk. A nice corner shot did that Mats Wilander got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Norbert Gotfryd quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Alex Vallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 0-5 became the score in the 77th minute when Andre Agassi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. MAFFIAN's Andre Agassi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 81st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Franciszek Karanewski fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KoLiber's protests and gave Franciszek Karanewski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th match minute, KoLiber was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franciszek Karanewski to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute of the match Vincent Linberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Norbert Gotfryd skillfully saved the ball. Wladyslaw Ruzicki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aron Dahlbom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. KoLiber's Norbert Gotfryd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pete Sampras in the 92nd minute of play. The KoLiber fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MAFFIAN were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
