When Granville's Mauro Elazar in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the FC Szczucin defense, Chi-Chi Branca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwan Swoboda. The FC Szczucin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwan Swoboda should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd minute Pablo Sanson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Swoboda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwan Swoboda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chi-Chi Branca in the 75th minute of play. Chi-Chi Branca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 79th minute, Edmund Walentowicz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Başar Öztarhan. The goal made the score 2-1. The referee ignored Granville's protests and gave Alvar Svanér a yellow card for diving instead. Alvar Svanér kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match.
