Severo Goito's late challenge caught a Flames FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severo Goito helped the player get up and apologised. Severo Goito hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The long shot by Tomas Donovan in the 9th minute really tested Benicio Porfirio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to Liquid Spirit getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Severo Goito hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Americo Mero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Liquid Spirit booed when Flames FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aimé Ham didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match Ambrose Keen climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Benicio Porfirio. In the 30thth minute of the game Ambrose Keen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liquid Spirit's Benicio Porfirio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Igor Su was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liquid Spirit's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flames FC the free kick. After 31 played minutes Liquid Spirit got a freekick which was hit by Igor Su. In the 33rd match minute, Liquid Spirit was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Goito to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ambrose Keen was the one to do the kick off. Benicio Porfirio came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Flames FC's Ambrose Keen. But to his dismay, Ambrose Keen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrose Keen in the 56th minute of play forced Liquid Spirit's goalkeeper Benicio Porfirio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severo Goito got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Liquid Spirit getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Severo Goito hit a great ball. Tomas Donovan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benicio Porfirio. Liquid Spirit's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Denver Gagnon came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Liquid Spirit's Epifanio Eladio. But to his dismay, Epifanio Eladio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 66thth minute of the game Fabricio Ihazintu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flames FC's Denver Gagnon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Americo Mero kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Fabricio Ihazintu fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liquid Spirit's protests and gave Fabricio Ihazintu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Fabricio Ihazintu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Donovan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benicio Porfirio. Liquid Spirit's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Liquid Spirit's Paulo Gilabert dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. After a rather tough play, Liquid Spirit's Paulo Gilabert got a free kick in the 78th minute. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Ambrose Keen put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Benicio Porfirio. After 83 played minutes Liquid Spirit got a freekick which was hit by Igor Su. Benicio Porfirio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ambrose Keen's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. When Flames FC's Ambrose Keen in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liquid Spirit's goalie prevented a goal. Flames FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
