Mats Josefsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koray Baycan in the 5th minute of the match. Darren Carabott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darren Carabott in the 9th minute of play forced Buksvinens IF's goalkeeper Mats Josefsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eleven Young Elephants were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Buksvinens IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Darren Carabott took the corner. After a rather tough play, Buksvinens IF's Andreas Rydberg got a free kick in the 14th minute. Felix Fredriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Casper Vallengren hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Mats Josefsson was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Koray Baycan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Koray Baycan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Qu Peng Kang kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Mats Josefsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicholas Quintano in the 31st minute. Buksvinens IF's Mats Josefsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koray Baycan in the 34th minute of play. Adam Hansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Tanti having to interfere. Mats Josefsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicholas Quintano in the 39th minute. Koray Baycan had several of the Buksvinens IF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 40 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Mats Josefsson as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 46th minute, Koray Baycan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eleven Young Elephants fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Koray Baycan was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Koray Baycan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Buksvinens IF's Casper Vallengren got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aaron Tanti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reine Cane in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute Nicholas Quintano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Josefsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Buksvinens IF's Mats Josefsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darren Carabott in the 61st minute of play. Mats Josefsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darren Carabott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ma Fan during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
