Dani Gallardo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Antxoka Valerón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubinho Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Gilen Adán came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Murilo Peixoto could save by the left post. Antxoka Valerón came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Várzea F.C.'s Joaquim Marques. But to his dismay, Joaquim Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joan Gallego was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Várzea F.C. booed when F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joan Gallego didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Joan Gallego got a free kick in the 54th minute. Antxoka Valerón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Rubinho Queirós left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Várzea F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After a rather tough play, Várzea F.C.'s Roberto Mendonça got a free kick in the 75th minute. Várzea F.C.'s Gilson Neves was substituted for Celso Secco. Várzea F.C.'s Miguel Marques was substituted for Vivaldo Bueno. Antxoka Valerón was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joaquim Marques showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 79 minute of play. In the 84th minute, Aníbal Paes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joan Gallego sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
