Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gilmar Baiano started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Vinícius Servaes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Diamante Negro DK - VV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Vinícius Servaes might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edinho Camargo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vinícius Servaes ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 8th minute, Rogério Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armandinho Araújo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sydney da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 14thth minute of the game Sydney da Cunha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diamante Negro DK - VV's Armandinho Araújo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Gilmar Baiano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Armandinho Araújo. Gilmar Baiano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. If Oséias Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rogério Seco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armandinho Araújo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Rogério Seco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Armandinho Araújo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilmar Baiano got free with Armandinho Araújo in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vinícius Servaes made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Vinícius Servaes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edinho Camargo. Leões do Sul 53's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vinícius Servaes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. With an all-out effort, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Edinho Camargo threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vinícius Servaes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Leões do Sul 53 getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Rogério Seco hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vinícius Servaes in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edinho Camargo saved Leões do Sul 53 from getting behind. Edinho Camargo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséias Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Oséias Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edinho Camargo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After a rather tough play, Leões do Sul 53's Breno Porto got a free kick in the 74th minute. Vinícius Servaes didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-4 via right post in the game's 77th minute. Diamante Negro DK - VV's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! If Vinícius Servaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 81 played minutes Diamante Negro DK - VV got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Alves. Armandinho Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Baiano in the 83rd minute of the match. After 85 minutes, Lino Veloso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Diamante Negro DK - VV and the Leões do Sul 53 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th match minute, Leões do Sul 53 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lauro Cearense to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Diamante Negro DK - VV were awarded a corner. Oséias Fonseca went to the cornerflag to take it. Diamante Negro DK - VV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Oséias Fonseca in the 93rd minute. The corner led Diamante Negro DK - VV's Oséias Fonseca to fire away a dangerous shot which Edinho Camargo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Diamante Negro DK - VV's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
