Andreas Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiberto Tello, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 8th minute, Roberto Sugar made a precise shot to the right of Andreas Andersson. Börna Bulldogs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Börna Bulldogs's Andreas Andersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Tello in the 12th minute of play. Nicolás De La Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Llenos de Magia's attentive Nicolás De La Cruz managed to snatch the ball when Basilio Nafarroa made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. When Kent Sandström fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Börna Bulldogs's protests and gave Kent Sandström a yellow card for diving instead. Llenos de Magia's Zygmunt Turok played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torgny Landin in the 40th minute of play. Evaristo Obano's late challenge caught a Börna Bulldogs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evaristo Obano helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 played minutes Llenos de Magia got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Obano. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 50th match minute, Börna Bulldogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torgny Landin to maneuver through the defense. In the 51st minute Filiberto Tello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Dalmacio Ilazki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 54 played minutes, Börna Bulldogs's Yngve Åström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zygmunt Turok came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Börna Bulldogs reached it. Llenos de Magia made a substitution. Amerigo De Bartolo replaced Roberto Sugar. Llenos de Magia's Felix Acosta was substituted for Filiberto Tello. In the 67th minute, Felix Acosta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Torgny Landin took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Zygmunt Turok to make any attempt to save it. Börna Bulldogs's attentive Basilio Nafarroa managed to snatch the ball when Evaristo Obano made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. 74 minutes into the match, Llenos de Magia's goalkeeper Zygmunt Turok had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torgny Landin. With his leg Zygmunt Turok managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Börna Bulldogs's Torgny Landin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Llenos de Magia's Zygmunt Turok proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Llenos de Magia from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Felix Acosta sped through Börna Bulldogs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andreas Andersson. Pawel Grabowicz hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Felix Acosta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Acosta in the 90th minute of play forced Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zygmunt Turok made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torgny Landin in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute Börna Bulldogs were awarded a corner. Yngve Åström went to the cornerflag to take it. 95 minutes into the match, Torgny Landin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zygmunt Turok. Llenos de Magia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Torgny Landin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

After resting during the break, the players from both teams went out on the field looking very concentrated. It was now first half of the overtime. Torgny Landin made the kick off and play began. In the 100th minute Torgny Landin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zygmunt Turok saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torgny Landin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 108th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torgny Landin in the 108th minute of play forced Llenos de Magia's goalkeeper Zygmunt Turok to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torgny Landin in the 110th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zygmunt Turok prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 112th minute Börna Bulldogs were awarded a corner. Yngve Åström went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Llenos de Magia's goalie and right to Kent Sandström. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Llenos de Magia's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Llenos de Magia's Zygmunt Turok played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Sandström in the 115th minute of play. Both sets of players were looking tired when the whistle went to end the half. Everyone was pleased to get a few minutes to rest before extra-time resumed.

Everyone could clearly see that both Llenos de Magia's and Börna Bulldogs's players was becoming tired in their legs when Llenos de Magia's Felix Acosta did the kick off in the second half of the overtime. In the 123rd minute, Felix Acosta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Llenos de Magia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. The Llenos de Magia players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
