When Pajala Sunrise's Gýmir Gryc in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind A4p Dejani's goalkeeper Sabin Dinescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Johannes Fernkvist came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Pajala Sunrise fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johannes Fernkvist couldn't finish the play. A collision led to A4p Dejani getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Valeriu Isvoreanu hit a great ball. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind A4p Dejani's goalkeeper Sabin Dinescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Gýmir Gryc's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sabin Dinescu was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Pajala Sunrise were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after A4p Dejani's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gnýr Gnaust took the corner. The corner ended in Gnýr Gnaust almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but A4p Dejani's Sabin Dinescu did a great save. Pajala Sunrise's Gýmir Gryc got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sabin Dinescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gýmir Gryc went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Gýmir Gryc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabin Dinescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leontin Răuțchi in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Hök prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 38 minutes of play, Pajala Sunrise's Gýmir Gryc made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sabin Dinescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gýmir Gryc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabin Dinescu having to interfere. After the first half Pajala Sunrise were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johannes Fernkvist made a kick off. Sabin Dinescu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gýmir Gryc showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 57 minute of play. Johannes Fernkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Sabin Dinescu made a huge save. When A4p Dejani's Virgil Bădoi in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pajala Sunrise's goalie prevented a goal. Pajala Sunrise's Per-Arne Svartengren was substituted for Ingvar Lindqvist. Daniel Hök showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgil Bădoi in the 78th minute of the match. Constantin Fința received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Daniel Hök tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roger Heggert hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 90th match minute, Pajala Sunrise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Oskar Högman to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes Pajala Sunrise got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Fernkvist. When the final whistle sounded Pajala Sunrise left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than A4p Dejani.
