Vejbystrand's Bernt Nordlund quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tony Chopin, made in the 26th minute of the game. In the 27th minute Joachim Anselius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu do Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Joachim Anselius sped through corsaire nantais's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eliseu do Valle. When Harald Ennegren came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Vejbystrand fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harald Ennegren couldn't finish the play. corsaire nantais's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Harald Ennegren scored to the left of an out of position Eliseu do Valle, making the score, 2-0. Vejbystrand's Simon Tomasson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tony Chopin in the 37 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, corsaire nantais's Tobias Siggman got a free kick in the 38th minute. Vejbystrand's 龙挺卫 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Siggman in the 44th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Harald Ennegren made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Harald Ennegren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vejbystrand's supporters rose to their feet, but Harald Ennegren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of corsaire nantais booed when Vejbystrand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Rosendahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eliseu do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Endrik Fuchs in the 86th minute of the match. Vejbystrand were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after corsaire nantais's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lars Bergqvist took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Bengt-Rune Groth heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Tony Chopin kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Vejbystrand were victorious despite being under pressure from corsaire nantais for much of the match.
